Just got a short email from Bill Zeller:

On Friday, I sent another email to Bill Zeller, as a followup to the meeting I had with him and Kevin Ansel (see here.)
I sent it with Receipt Request, and I got a receipt notice. I am awaiting his answer.

The Cable TV outages continue. I continue to update the list whenever I notice an outage.
In recent days, I have noticed, though, that the outages are sometimes fixed before the housing office opens at 8am. So I didn't have to call them and complain ;)… more »
