Upgraded Perl script to log into CCA/NAC

It has been 3 1/2 years since the last update to the Perl script to log into CCA.
A kind soul recently fixed it to work with the current CCA installation at UCI Resnet.

Hmm, the link still works. I just tried it.
Maybe you have a firewall active that blocks executables?
Or maybe Resnet blocks it. Try downloading it from a location outside of Resnet’s control.
